Which data?
The form asks for your name, email address, request type and message. Company, phone number, preferred date and location are optional. Do not share sensitive data that is not needed to understand your request.
Purpose and processing
We use the details you provide to review and respond to your request. If sending is unavailable or fails, the form reports this and does not confirm that your request was sent.
When email delivery is configured, your request is sent via Resend to the configured business recipient. Hosting and email providers may process technical data to operate and secure their services.
Retention and your requests
Requests should not be kept longer than needed to respond, fulfil any agreements and meet applicable obligations. The specific retention period must be defined before use. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and, where applicable, object to or request restriction of processing.

Security and delivery
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests for automated abuse before the form sends an email through Resend. The email service accepting a request does not confirm delivery to the recipient’s inbox.
